Seven levels. One chain of command.
C2C-BAT operates through seven levels, from the National Executive Council down to the community. Every level has a clear political job — and the strength of the Group depends on every level performing its role.
The Seven-Level Structure
National Executive Council (NEC)
The NEC meets monthly, drives all campaigns, and is responsible for delivering our political mandate nationwide. Every position has a direct political function.
