The C2C-BAT Constitution

Adopted 2024 · Current edition 2025. Twenty-six articles that set out who we are, how we are governed, how we are funded, and how we win elections for the APC.

Preamble

We, the founding members of the Community to Community Support Group for Bola Ahmed Tinubu (C2C-BAT), come together as proud APC members and Nigerians who believe in the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

This Group exists for one clear purpose: to go from community to community across Nigeria, mobilise voters and party supporters, defend the Tinubu administration's record, and ensure that the APC remains the dominant political force in this country. We are not an NGO. We are not a charity. We are a political support group — and we are proud of it.

“We are C2C-BAT. We go community to community. We deliver for the President.”

03

Registration & APC Affiliation

Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as an Incorporated Trustee (CAMA 2020) and with the APC National Secretariat as a recognised support group. Complies with the Electoral Act 2022, the APC Constitution, and all relevant Nigerian laws.

04

National Patron & Champion

General Christopher Gwabin Musa, CON — Honourable Minister of Defence — provides top-level political direction and nationwide reach. His role is one of honour; internal governance rests with elected officers.

05

National Headquarters in Abuja, FCT. State offices in all 36 states, with LGA and ward offices opened as the Group expands.

06

Our Vision

A Nigeria where every ward, every LGA, and every community is a stronghold for President Tinubu and the APC.

07

Our Mission

To go community by community across Nigeria — rallying voters, defending the President's record, building APC support, and delivering wins for Tinubu and the party at every election.

08

Our Political Objectives

Build a nationwide network of loyal APC supporters at every ward and polling unit. Defend President Tinubu's record and push back against political attacks and misinformation. Get more Nigerians to collect their PVCs and vote APC at every election. Be the APC's most active and most visible support group on the ground. Keep communities informed about what the Tinubu administration is delivering. Bring women, youth, and first-time voters into the APC fold. Support APC candidates at all levels: federal, state, and local government. Make C2C-BAT the most recognised and effective political support group in Nigeria.

09

Our Seven Values

Loyalty, Service, Discipline, Integrity, Unity, Inclusion, Results.

10
